2016 Lincoln MKX Redesign and Price Drop
The Lincoln MKX has been a flagship model for the brand since it was first released back in 2007. The MKX has become one of the best-selling vehicles in the brand, and with good reason. Its combination of style, size, luxury, and technology is simply unmatched by the competition. The popularity of this vehicle is expected to grow even more for the new 2016 model year because of a redesign and price drop. Therefore, in this blog post we will be telling you everything that we know so far about the 2016 Lincoln MKX redesign and price drop.
Consumers have been very excited about all of the new dramatic changes coming to the MKX for the new 2016 model year. Drivers can expect everything from a redesigned style, to amazing new technology and safety features and even the option of an all-new 2.7-liter, EcoBoost, six-cylinder powertrain. With so many new upgrades and changes most people would expect Lincoln to raise the cost of the MKX. However, they are actually going to be doing the opposite. Lincoln has decided to reduce the price of the MKX for the new 2016 model year.
Last year the Lincoln MKX sold for $39,795. Surprisingly, Lincoln has decided to drop the cost of the new 2016 MKX to $38,995, after an $895 destination charge on all of the models. When you combine the great redesign with this new price drop, it becomes clear that the 2016 Lincoln MKX is one of the best values on the road.
The President of Lincoln China, Robert Parker, said, “As our latest example of the Lincoln Way, the all-new Lincoln MKX delivers a personally crafted product experience with innovative and thoughtful technologies tailored to meet the demands of the most discerning luxury customers.”
