Dodge Viper Production is Set to Resume

Our dedicated readers may remember a piece that we did last month about how the Dodge Viper was struggling in sales which resulted in a temporary shutdown of the Conner Avenue factory in Detroit where the Viper is built. As a result, Dodge decided to give the Viper an immediate $15,000 price reduction that applied to all the new 2014 and 2015 models. They also gave current model year Viper owners a voucher worth $15,000 which could be applied to the purchase of a new Dodge Viper. This was a last ditch effort to save this iconic model and the jobs of the Conner Avenue employees, and it worked. Dodge Viper production is set to resume in mid-November at the Conner Avenue plant. Stereo Engine Noise Amplification

Ford is leading the charge with creating the most innovative and advanced engines that are getting ever increasing fuel economy ratings while continuing to remain powerful. Ford has mastered the art of making an engine smaller and more efficient while not sacrificing any power with its EcoBoost technology. As these engines have become more advanced and high-tech they are also becoming quieter. Now, for most vehicles quieter engines is a great thing. However, muscle cars are the exception to this.
